.color selection

The bridal industry has many color terms and variants, which is complicated further by online shopping! Most of our products are offered in White, Off-White, Ivory, Champagne, and some in Black. Please see our information here on coloring information and tips.

We do not recommend purchasing white unless you are sure your item is a true bright white ( which most gowns typically are not) as the white can have a stark contrast next to off white or ivory toned dresses, and can photograph almost blue. Off-White and Ivory options are more forgiving and match most dresses more seamlessly.

 

.length selection

We often get asked what length to select for our veils. We offer many options as every bride has their own unique vision and style, so there really is no one "best" length! Our sizes are measured in Centimeters, so please be mindful of same when ordering.

We always recommend taking a measuring tape and measuring on yourself from where you plan to place the comb (or shoulder pins) and measuring down to determine the desired length.

The end look for a "fingertip" veil will require a different length depending on a persons height and where they place the comb, so it's best to not just read online for "standard" lengths, but to also measure on yourself to ensure you're getting the end result you're wanting!

.veil care

Due to the delicate nature of tulle and bridal fabrics, your item will arrive wrinkled from travel. We recommend you steam your item with a garment steamer, and hang it by the comb or pins using a pant hanger as to release the wrinkles. DO NOT IRON these fabrics, and only spot clean if necessary with mild soap and water.

The fabrics are very delicate so be sure to keep it away from anything that can snag or tug at it, and be sure to use a garment bag to protect it while traveling.

 

.refunds 

We accept exchanges on undamaged and unworn items in their original packaging within 15 days from purchase. Contact our customer service team before the 15 days at primprairie@gmail.com to request an exchange. If you receive your item and it's been damaged in transit, please contact us promptlyReturn shipping is at the expense of the customer. 

Please note, customized or personalized items are final sale.

As most of our items are made to order, dispatch timeline is typically 2-3 weeks. Please shop our READY TO SHIP section for quicker timelines, or contact us for more information.

Shipping to USA and Internationally is NOT a tracked service, so please consider same when purchasing.

Shipping is dispatched out of Canada, and provided through Canada Post. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location. As items are shipped through an external agency, we can not guarantee shipping timelines and are not responsible for any delays or shipping issues. We do not accept returns due to parcel arrival dates as we do not make any claims or guarantees regarding parcel arrival.

 

.customs

The purchaser is responsible for all additional taxes, duties, customs, and fees incurred. We do not collect any additional fees. If applicable, you will be notified and contacted directly by your government agency. Please verify your country's policies and fees prior to ordering.

 

.order cancellation

We will accept order cancellation within 24 HOURS of your purchase being processed. After 24 hours, we can't guarantee cancellation as your item may have begun production. Please contact us for more information or to cancel at primprairie@gmail.com 

 

.damaged items

If you received your item and it has been damaged in transit, please contact us promptly at primprairie@gmail.com for further direction.
